4. Payments & Billing

5. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Coaching & Consultations
No refunds are provided for coaching or consultation sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with our scheduling policies
Speaking Engagements
Speaking fees and deposits are non-refundable
If Rae Built It cancels an engagement, a refund may be issued at our discretion
Travel and accommodation arrangements are dependent on the specific engagement and governed by separate agreements
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
Revoke access to services, programs, content, and communities
Terminate your account without refund
Pursue collections or legal remedies for unpaid balances
Submit evidence to dispute chargebacks

8. Community & Group Program Code of Conduct
Participation in group coaching, live calls, events, or private communities requires respectful and professional behavior.
You agree to:
Act respectfully toward staff and other participants
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Avoid spamming, solicitation, or unauthorized promotion
Maintain confidentiality of group discussions and materials
Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
Remove you from any program, session, or community
Terminate access without refund
Take further action if terms are violated or behavior is disruptive
